Eligibility Requirements

Academic Qualifications

Eligible Courses:

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (BAF)
• Bachelor of Banking and Insurance (BBI)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Business Management (BBM)
• Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Duration: Three-year full-time degree programs only

Year of Passing: 2026

Course Type Specifications:

• Only full-time courses are accepted
• Part-time and correspondence courses are not eligible
• Students from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) for 10th/12th are eligible if graduation is full-time

Academic Performance Standards

Backlogs Policy:

• Maximum one active backlog permitted during selection process
• All backlogs must be cleared within university stipulated timeframe before joining
• Extended education duration is not acceptable

Educational Gaps:

• Total gap in education cannot exceed 24 months until highest qualification
• All gaps must be declared in application form
• Documentary proof required for verification

Age Criteria

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years

Additional Requirements

Work Environment: Candidates must be willing to work in 24x7 operational environment with rotational shifts based on project needs.

Work Experience: Any prior work experience must be declared in the application form, though this position is specifically for trainee requirements.

Step 2: Profile Creation

For New Users:

• Click "Register Now"
• Select category as "BPS"
• Complete all required fields

For Existing Users:

• Login using existing credentials
• Proceed to application form

Step 3: Application Form Completion

Mandatory Information Requirements:

• Name exactly as per Aadhaar card
• Date of birth as per Aadhaar card
• Father's name and mother's name as per Aadhaar
• Aadhaar number
• Academic details (CGPA or percentage as shown in marksheets)
• Educational gaps, if any
• Prior work experience, if any

Important Notes:

• Verify all details before submission
• Incorrect information may lead to disqualification
• Limited changes possible after submission

Step 4: Drive Application

After form submission, click "Apply for Drive"

Step 5: Test Centre Selection

• Choose in-centre test mode
• Select preferred test centre location
• Test centre cannot be changed once selected

Step 6: Application Status Verification

Check "Track Your Application" to confirm status shows "Applied for Drive"

Assessment Test Details

Test Duration: 50 minutes

Test Mode: In-person at designated test centres

Candidates must carry original documents for verification:

• 10th standard marksheet
• 12th standard marksheet

Key Points to Remember

Application Guidelines

The Reference ID (DT2025XXXXXXX) is generated upon successful registration and sent to registered email address.

CGPA to percentage conversion should follow university guidelines. Standard formula: Percentage = CGPA x 10

Photograph and CV must be uploaded in prescribed format for application form download.

Account Security

After three unsuccessful OTP attempts, accounts are locked for four hours. Two additional attempts are permitted after lockout period. Accounts remain locked for the day after five failed attempts, with access restored at midnight.

Profile Management

Only one profile per candidate is permitted. Duplicate profiles result in disqualification. Profile created incorrectly under IT category requires new registration under BPS using alternate email address.

TCS does not charge any fees at any recruitment stage.

TCS does not engage external agencies or agents for recruitment activities.
